We returned the same 12 owners as 2005. There weren't any rule changes in regards to scoring. Most of the rule changes involved setting date deadlines for restructuring players. We added a pre-season waiver wire, added an additional roster spot, and created an auction overbid rule. We also voted to set the minimum bid on Auction Day to $1.

The Polk High Panthers finished tied for the best overall record in the Scandalous League at 10-4. They were able to beat The Great Cornholios and Baby Boom en route to winning the 2006 Fantasy Bowl. Polk High's franchise owner, Craig DiBella was able to assemble the winning team mostly based on the strength of his returning starters. In fact, five of the same players were from his inaugural title winning team in 2004. Led by the trio of Peyton Manning, Brian Westbrook, and Terrell Owens, the Polk High Panthers were the 2nd highest scoring team in the league. Craig didn't make any in-season transactions or trades that greatly improved his starting lineup, but his auction selections of Travis Henry and Devery Henderson turned out to be key contributors. Craig essentially won the league with one QB after an injury to Daunte Culpepper and due to ineffectiveness of Joey Harrington. This is Craig's 2nd title in his only three years in the league.
